Full Conference Registration

Deadlines
- Author registration: 10 August 2026 (AEST)
- Non-author registration: 22 September 2026 (AEST)
Author Registration Requirements
- At least one author of each accepted paper must complete a Full Registration by the author registration deadline. One full registration covers one accepted paper.
- Where an author has multiple accepted papers, additional registrations are required.
- Papers without a valid author registration may be withdrawn from the proceedings and program.
Please note that these details remain subject to final confirmation.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Please submit all cancellation requests in writing.
- Refund requests are subject to approval by the Organising Committee.
- A 20% processing fee applies.
- Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
- Author registrations associated with accepted papers are generally non-refundable.
Transfers and Substitutions
- Registration transfers are permitted up to 21 days before the conference, with written notice to the registration team.
- Transfers may be made between participants only.
- Registrations cannot be carried forward to future editions of the conference.
Invitation Letter and Billing Invoice
Once you have completed your online registration and payment, your billing invoice and invitation letter will be sent immediately to your email address.
